Product Description
SUBSTRATES
This ink is a solvent-based screen printing ink formulated for soft PVC, acrylics, paper, wood and imitated nylon.
END USES
Air-charged toy, manmade leather products, plastic commodity, shoes, cap, ball, travel bag.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Medium drying and gloss ink, excellent opacity, qualities with good printability and anti-blocking. Finished printing features with excellent flexibility and weather resistance. SA-series also can be applied on a film what is flexible as soft PVC. It is particularly available for large formats.
APPLICATION INFORMATION
MESH
Monofilament mesh, 60T-120T.
STENCIL
Using organic solvent resistant emulsions.
SQUEEGEE
65-85 durometer solvent resistant blade, such as PU.
COVERAGE
35 square meters per kilogram under 120T mesh.
PRINTING
This ink should be thinned with thinner approximately 10-30% by weight base on the climate condition.
DRYING
Drying by solvent evaporation. Surface dry needs 10-15 minutes, complete dry allows at least 30 minutes. (Drying time depends on actual weather condition and thinner usage)
CURE
Force to dry with hot dryer below 60º Cis allowed.
CLEARS/EXTENDERS/ADDITIVES/CATALYST
Anti-sticky additive(2-8%), bubble remover(1-3%), anti-oxidizer(2-3%), 9004(2-8%), anti-smear additive(0.5-1%), flexible additive (0.5-0.8%), matt promoter(2-10%).
ADHESION TESTING
Adhesive tape test: Use adhesive tape to stick on test surface and rip off, no ink should come off from test areas obviously.
CLEAN UP
Using organic solvent to clear the stencil.
