1. Applications of rotary fluorite powder drying machinery:
Rotary fluorite powder drying machinery is suitable for a wide variety of products, ranging from granular, powdered and crystalline materials, through to filter cakes and sludges for the food, chemical and mineral industries.
Rotary drying machinery makes the pellets through extrusion and polished new technology, completely solve the traditional pelletizing process which the organic powder low increased quantity, difficulty extrusion and the materials need to be dried and crushed and other technique problems.
2. Working Principle of the rotary drying machinery:
The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our rotary drier, which adopts down-flow heating method. When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air. The material is thus dried gradually.
3. Characterstics of rotary drying machinery:

2). Equipment adopts self-aligning type tug structure, the tug and with good tire-roller, greatly reduces the wear and tear of power consumption.

4). Drying machine has the characteristics of high temperature resistant, high temperature hot air can be used for a rapid drying of material.
