SS 112 is high performance low-oil-content semi-synthetic coolant concentrate formulated for a wide range of light to heavy duty operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
SS 112 is designed with an excellent balance of lubricity and EP properties, resulting in extended tool life and good surface finishes on machined parts. SS 112 contains some chlorinated additives, which provide excellent EP property to machine difficult-to-cut materials. SS 112 exhibits excellent corrosion protection and hard water tolerance. A distinguishing characteristic of this product is its low foam tendency without any anti-foam additives; And good bio-stability without any biocides in the formulation.
