Product Description
Shear blades are used in the Electro-mechanical and metallurgy industries. They are made out of different materials depending on cutting application. We are able to fabricate one-piece shear blade from 3-7 meters by often using such wearable metals as 5CrW2Si\6CrW2Si\9Cr Si\H13\Cr12MOV\SLD(7 Cr7Mo3V2Si)

Hot Mill
Steel Mill Knife
All Steel Mill Knives, strictly in accordance with standards GB/T 1828.2, have reliable quality and are a good match for cutting metal scraps, stainless steel and billets etc.
For thicker sheet shearing, knives are made with such quality tool steels as W6MoCr4V2, HBK, 3CrW8V, SLD, 5CrW2si, 6CrW2Si, H13, bringing sharp edges and long working life.
Continuous Casting Process
When making steel mill knives, alloy surfacing technique is adopted to greatly help enhance working life and cutting efficiency.
When it comes to the steel mill knives, we use tool steels like 6CrW2Si, H13K, 65NB HMB. These steels help the knives with high wear resistance, fine cutting efficiency and thermal ability.
Hot and Cold Mill Knives
For hot cut application, nickel alloyed steel with excellent thermal ability is used as a material for making straight knives. These knives are able to cut hot milled billets, thick sheets, rods and round steels. For cold cut applicaton, knives made of medium-high alloy steels can be fit for different cold-rolled sheets and sheets of medium thickness, metal scraps and forming cut.
