I.Brief description
The series of vertical ultrasonic washing machine is a new product developed by our company by making efforts for years, after introducing and improving technologies from abroad according to actual situations in china, the product is made by advanced technologies, features of simple structure , stable operation , highly reliable, and lower noise, the machine is easy to operate and clean, apply for washing in tubed bottles or molded antibiotic vials in pharmacy factories ,and used for cleaning ampoules or oral medical liquid bottles.
II. Features:
1.1 Bottle feeding mechanism.
Ampoule is take smoothly and steadily into washing station by 2 section type of mesh-belt, this type of mesh-belt gives enough Force to transfer bottle under the water, both ampoule lack and ampoule jam to much cannot exert on the bottle-feeding, so it can prevent bottle from fallen. Protection cover of the washing machine can be disassembling into 5 parts, so it is features of easy cleaning. Laser boring technology is exerted on water spraying plate, so the spraying water is Uniform and compact, and dispose of the problem of bottle floating cause of water lackness, keeping one nice ultrasonic washing effect .M-type spring block is fitted on the mesh-belt under the water, its buffer action keep bottle from breaking, and reduce bottle lackness on the spiral conveyor, and furthermore, it can also lessen the friction between bottles and spiral conveyor. Spiral conveyor is made of POM, which is innoxiously, contamination free, and its structure and pitch is designed after simulation test by computer, so it can keep bottle from lackness and breaking.
