Brief Introduction

This machine uses vertical drum structure. Transport mesh belt feed the bottle with screw. Clip the bottle, and turn it around by mechanical arm in continuous rotation. Washing spray pipe does swing and track movement repeatedly. Spray water and air alternately when the bottle is in upside down, and use ultrasonic washing. It has excellent washing effect. Machine is made up by bedplate, drum, screw lifter, transmission gear, water pump, filter and etc. After water injection, bottles move to water channel for 1 minute ultrasonic washing. Then screw sends bottles to lift wheel. Mechanical arm clip them and turn 180 degree to upside down. Wash them by water and air alternately.
All the cleaning fluid contacted parts use SS304 and non-toxic corrosion-resistant material. All working area use PC glasses. Prevent from the outside pollution. Machine has the ultimate filter. It makes cleaning water and compressed air reach the cleaning washing requirement.
This machine uses AC motor drive, frequency speed control and PLC control circuit. It has reliable performance. Water in tank has automatic constant temperature control with water level control switch. It prevents the machine from pump, ultrasonic and heater turning on in waterless condition. Pipeline has pressure display. Adjust the pressure by diaphragm valve. This machine can receive the signal from sterilization oven, filling and sealing machine. When bottle is in jam, machine will turn off automatically.

Use buffer device in screw feeding place, to ensure no bottle breakage and no screw wear in feeding place. The screw is made of innoxious and non-polluted polyformaldehyde material. The central shaft use stainless steel for reinforce, to ensure no deformation of the screw.
Use Needle shake proof device, to enhance the insertion accuracy of the spray needles. Reduce the needle breakage occurrence.
The mechanical arm extended rod and disc are provided with the oil leakage prevention structure, to ensure the lubrication oil will not pollute the water tank.

Ultrasonic washer cleans the bottle by high-frequency ultrasonic generator. Compact structure and high efficiency. Frequency can be adjusted between 21-43 kHz, so as to meet the requirement of different bottles.

Screw bottle feeding position has M-type buffer device. Reduce the bottle breakage and screw wear. The screw is made of innoxious and non-polluted polyformaldehyde material. The central shaft use stainless steel for reinforce, to ensure no deformation of the screw.

Lift device is made up by wheel and camshaft. Sliding block is embedded in T-type slot around the wheel. Support plate is set on the sliding block. Also, Pulley is set on the camshaft of the sliding board. Pulley turn the sliding board move up and down. It makes the bottles tranport accurately.
 

6Washing step makes both water washing and air washing bottle inside three times. It also makes water washing and air washing bottle outside once. One needle uses only one medium.No cross pollution. Spray needle inserts into bottle to wash with cone-type location guiding device. It can reduce the damage on the bottle, and clean the bottle effectively.
