In May, 2006, Jiangsu Rugao High Voltage Apparatus Co., Ltd. Moved to No. 1 West Huiming Rd., Rugao, Jiangsu, China.
In DEC. 2006, Shanghai Sieyuan Electric Co., Ltd. Renamed Sieyuan Electric Co., Ltd.
In Jun., 2007, Sieyuan Electric Co., Ltd. Invested 400 million to set up Shanghai Sieyuan High Voltage Switchgear Co., Ltd. Specializing in GIS production.
In Nov., 2007, Sieyuan Electric Co., Ltd. Acquired Beijing Sifang Qingneng Company to establish Beijing Sieyuan Qingneng Power Electronic Co., Ltd. And Shanghai Sieyuan Hongrui Automation Co., Ltd.
In Feb., 2008, Sieyuan Qingneng Power Electronic Co., Ltd. Was founded to approach to the field of power electronics application.
In Apr., 2009, the headquarters of Sieyuan Electric Co., Ltd. Moved to a new location, and the GIS workshop of Shanghai Sieyuan High Voltage Switchgear Co., Ltd. Was put into production.
