SiC coated gdraphite has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, anti-oxidation, high purity, corrosion resistance and stable physical and chemical property. So SiC-coated gdraphite as a new consumable will gradually replace the high-purity high-density graphite in MOCVD equipment and powder sintering.
