310ml Electronic Potting Silicone (SI1316)
SI1316 is one component room temperature curing organic silicone sealant with high elasticity.
Features
1. Excellent thermal and insulating performance
2. Good resistance to moisture, dust. Corona and buffering to earthquake.
3. Stable resistance to high and low temperature(-60~260º C)
4. Outstanding aging resistance. The period of validity could be 10-20 years
5. No yellowing, no oil leakage after cured. Good comprehensive performance.
Usage
1. As heat conducting medium of electronic parts and components when needed.
2. As filling compound between power transistor, thyristor diode and their base material (aluminum, Cu)

1 Kept sealed in cool and dry place. (Non-dangerous, stored and transported as normal chemical )
2 Shelf life is 12 months(25º C).
