As Adopting the newest driving & controlling system in the world, our slitting machine has reached the advanced level in the same industry.
The main characteristics of Digital Control Hi-speed slitting machine:
1. The rolling shaft with device of Inflated (Air-Automatic)Slip Ring
2. Memory operation for easy managing.
3. Unwinding tension controlling with Closed-Loop Constant controlling.
4. Inflated Straight Roller and small respective auxiliary rollers which can be combined used
5. Two cutting modes
6. Automatic stopping according to fixed slitting length OR fixed OD dimension.
7. Advanced Deviation Controlling System.

Depending on different requirements, For the unwinding, we can offer unwinding Shaftless with Cone Top mode and associated with Hydraulic lifting device.
For the winding, we can equip with semi-automatic download and conveyor.
For the cutting strip edge collecting, we can equip with small rolling machine.
