Yes, some low-value items are offered as free samples.
It's collected freight by receiver. Or with customer's courier account, such like FedEx, UPS, DHL,etc.. |
Which transportation method can I select?
By express, by air, by train, or by sea. You appoint a forwarder or TNE choose the best one for you. |
What is my product warranty policy?
All TNE Products can guarantee 3 years warranty. TNE will be responsible for any damage and replace the defective merchandise. |
What's the delivery time?
Depend on my quantity, as the regular specification for one 40 feet container will be 20 days. Of course, if it's urgent, TNE can help to arrange it accordingly. |
What is a minimum order amount?
No requirement. TNEis a factory. Any quantity is ok for TNE. |
How can I pay?
TNE accept T/T payment.
Normally, TNE require 30% payment in advance and 70% before shipment. If the total value of one shipment less than 10,000.00usd, the payment is 100% T/T in advance.
In some cases, TNE accept L/C at sight, or provide credit to the most valued and reliable customers. |
