Product Description
This machine applies full-process control of distribution through PLC and touch panel,yielding high precision and uniform distribution,easy to operate and maintain,being internationally advanced from technical aspect.In the cab,the touch panel is provided with access to input parameters for construction while the automatic heating system with heat transfer oil can ensure proper asphalt temperature for construction,precise control of asphalt distribution volume for real time.As a result,it provides uniform distribution of asphalt at fixed capacity and consequently improves pavement construction quality and extends service life of the pavement.
This equipment is applied to high grade road,main road in cities,airport,port and dock as well as water conservancy works in prime coat,tack coat and waterproof coat at the bottom of asphalt pavement and it is designed for distributor of common asphalt,high viscosity modified asphalt,heavy traffic paving petroleum asphalt and emulsified asphalt and also laminated pavement construction of asphalt road in counties and towns.
