Product Description
The series product is a new generation solid-waste disposal and transfer equipment which is developed according to the current situation of garbage transfer processes. It has high working efficiency, excellent compactability, large disposal capacity, significant transport costs reduction, advanced electro-hydraulic controlling technology, good anti-corrosion and environmental protection characteristics. Daily disposal capacity of single equipment is 200 400 tons of material loading way is platform single or multi feeding grooves. It's widely used-in all kinds of medium-or-big size garbage transfer stations with 200 3000 tons daily disposal capacity.
It is a new generation garbage transfer system with highly comprehensive and competitive advantages.
[Characteristics]
1. High Efficiency: The compression cavity volume is 8m³ That could disposal 2.4T solid-waste within one circle. Total amount of disposal capacity per hour is up to 50 80 tons;
2. Excellent Compactability: The maximum compression force is upto 120 140 tons. By the controlling of PLC auto-compress technology and combined with the special structure of exhaust and drainage design, to ensure the compression ratio up to 3: 1;
3. Low Unit Transport Cost: Average garbage block of every truck of delivery is 20-30m ³ , up to 18 tons weight high.
4. High degree of automation: Devices with remote central integrated controlling technology, they are metering, vehicle scheduling, automatic controlling, monitoring, fault alarm and other functions, which enables high automation;
5. Friendly environmental applicability: The device uses special sets technologies, such as sewage drainage and discharge, wastewater treatment, dedusting, deodorization, noise reduction, to decrease the influence on the surrounding environment;
6. Long Service Life: All structural parts are treated by shot-blasting, rust removing, painting with marine-use high-anticorrosive heavy protection paint, with international brands like Nobel or COSCO Kansai. The whole facility has good anti-corrosibility and long service life.
