ZFGY series of sound absorption & heat insulation material is a kind of light, loose structure and high performance synthetic fiber of PP superfine fiber and with a layer of spun-bond fabric covered on the surface to increase strength and protect fiber.
The application of ZFGY series material are: Car door, the hood, tool palette, car beam, baggage stand, truck lining, dashmats & head lining, etc. The structure is surface with hot embossing technology design to increase the contact area with sound as well as to reduce sound reflection and sound wave diffusion. The internal loose subtle fiber can effectively offset the dispersion of acoustic energy to reach the minimum amount.
