Product Description
Spray Grafted CR Adhesive HN-871
Characteristics:
Moderate tack time, short drying time, strong bonding strength, good heat resistance
Applications:
Suitable for bonding thick leather, PU, EVA, paper board, wood, foam, aluminum plastic composite board in house decoration and furniture manufacture.
Physical properties:
Viscosity: 700~800 CPS/30° C
Solid content: 24~26 %
Color: Light yellow viscous liquid
Liquidity: Good
Operation time: 8~15 minutes
Cautions:
1. Workers should have some proctection from direct contact with the adhesive, and separate the spray workshop from other workshops.
While spraying, move steadily to avoid pileup or lack of adhesive
2. The adhesive should cover the surface of material evenly but cannot be too thick. 1 kg adhesive can cover 12 square meters. If both the bonding surface have adhesive, the bonding effect will be the best.
3. Clean the lance when it is not in use.

Keep it with seal and store it in cool and dry place, and keep it out of heat, fire and direct sunlight. Keep it out of the reach of children.
