2. The whole powder coating  line including 

Pre-treatment system	dipping system and spraying system ,but they also can combination to use. Spraying system is suitable for continuous automated production for a single shape and production of large workpiece. Dipping system is suitable for intermittent production for complex structures, small batch and the inner cavity needed to deal with the workpiece.
Spraying booth and recycling system:	spraying booth is a powder coating room. It's materials, form and size is directly related to the quality of spraying the workpiece. Spraying booth is generally made of automatic and manual system, and recycling system composed of a system.
Recycling equipment	It is  the role of powder overspray powder will remain in the spraying booth, with sufficient air to ensure that the powder and air mixture in concentrations below the lower limit of the concentration of dust explosion, to ensure the safety of spraying booth; then the excess powder separated from the air to be recycled. Therefore, the recovery design is reasonable, the decision of the powder recycling rates.
Moisture drying system and powder curing system	they are a key process for formation of coatings. So, drying methods and equipment choose whether reasonable, and energy consumption etc, will directly affect cost.
Energy type	it includes electrical heating, fuel heating, gas heating coal heating and wood heating. We can according to the customer needs, make a reasonable choice.
Electrical control device	electrical control device is consisted of pre-treatment control cabinet, water drying and powder curing cabinet, spraying booth control cabinet, conveyor control cabinet, etc., to carry out centralized control and separate control. Each system is independent with automatic detection, automatic overload protection, explosion proof, sound and light alarm function.
