This machine is mainly used in normal pressure sterilizing on bottles and cans, also can be used for cooling tea juice packed by PET bottle, fruit juice after hot filling as well as used in bottle warming for carbonated drinks, beer. The machine adopt hot water shower sterilizing, rapid water pre-cooling, cold water cooling etc more sections management. It has many advantages such as water saving, energy saving.
The machine is equipped with REXNORD HTPP chain plate of high temperature resistance polypropylene, flat strap surface, abrasion resistant to prevent from scratching can bottom. Meshwork strip meets food sanitation requirements and acquire the confirmation of FDA. Machine frame entirely made of SUS304, elegant appearance, fabricate Polish, stable run, easy operation.
