Configuration:
Wallboard: Sandwich Style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thick, Tongue & groove style compound construction, aluminum-alloy frame, anti-flame and heat- insulation. Galvanized steel roof panel. The side door with a pressure lock which will automatically open when the pressure inside is over-pressure
Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe assembling, grid & embossed plate, three embossed steel ramp.
Air Circulation System: 2X4kw intake fan, air capacity is 24000m3/h. The air volume is 24000m3/h; Air speed is 0.35m/s, air recycling times is 280times/hour.
Purification System: Dual filtering structure, the primary filter can capture granules larger than 10 μ M. Ceiling filter can capture granules bigger than 4μ M. The whole purification system has capacity of large volume of dust. Its filtering rate reaches 98%. Air pressure balance gauge, TSP≤ 1.4mg/m3
Heating System: Italy Riello G20 diesel burner, 180000Kcal/h. 10N damper motor. The heating exchanger is made of SUS304 stainless steel, argon arc welding, heating exchange rate reaches 85%. Max temperature at 80 º C, heating time 4-6min (20-60 º C), fuel consumption is 4-5kg/vehicle.
Lighting System: Ceiling Light has 32PCS of 36W Philips lamp; Side light has 16PCS of 36W Philips lamp, 900 Lux.
Controlling System: Spray & baking switch, light switch, emergency stop, breakdown alarm, failure alarm
