Product Description
STEEL BOILER
The FUJIAIR boiler is made of steel St 37-2/DIN17.100, the ideal material for boilers. It is horizontal, of high back pressure, tubular three-way exhaust gases. The dimensions of the combustion chamber, the number and cross-section of the tubes, have been examined to fully exploit the combustion heat with minimum loss. The tubes are constructed with material of 3.5MM thickness according to DIN17175.
NOISELESS OPERATION
The boiler owns special new types of turbolating the exhaust gases flow, increasing the performance and decreasing the boiler's back pressure. All these, in accordance with the boiler's coating with insulation and excellent insulated covers, assure the boiler's most noiseless operation.
CONTROL PANEL
It is available with mechanical instruments. It includes a burner thermostat, circulation pump thermostat, safety thermostat, main switch, indicators and thermometer.
EFFICIENCY
Perfect combustion is ensured due to the combustion chamber design, INOX exhaust gases turbolators and ergonomic structure, which is the outcome of continuous improvements. The 92% efficiency provides fuel economy and minimizes exhaust gases from the pipe.
INSULATION
The Fujiair boilers is doubly insulated. A glass wool lining 50mm thick with a layer of Aluminum is placed in the body of the boiler and metal covers. The boiler door has an internal lining of ceramic material and an external one with glass wool and metal cover. Double insulation insures steady temperature in the burning heart, smooth burner operation and minimum loss.
EASY MAINTENANCE
Perfect oil or gas combustion is ensured due to the ultra modern combustion chamber design, the exhaust gases turbolators made of steel and the ergonomic construction and these result to a product with the most modern specifications. The 91%-93% efficiency assures energy saving with the most minimum exhaust gases to the pipe and the environment.
