Product Introduction:
A 50 micron (2.0 mil) high tensile strength aluminum foil backing, combined with a high performance flame retardant solvent rubber adhesive, protected by an easy-release silicone release paper. Applied to the refrigeration, such as indoor air-condition,refrigerator, water heater, roof waterproof, temperary sealing pipe, etc.

 High quality adhesive with super strong adhesion and holding power offers reliable and durable Foil-Scrim-Kraft Facing joints and seams sealing in HVAC ductwork application.
 Low moisture vapor transmission rate makes BondTape AF5025R an excellent vapor barrier.
 Service Temperature range from -30° to +120°C (-22° to +248°F).

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS: HVAC industry for joining and sealing Foil-Scrim-Kraft Facing laminated fiberglass blanket / duct board joints and seams; joining and sealing flexible air duct seams and connections. May also be used for other industrial uses requiring a tape with these characteristics and benefits.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE: 12 months when stored at 21°C (70°F) / 50% relative humidity out of direct sunlight. 

SURFACE PREPARATION: It is essential, as with all pressure-sensitive tapes,  that the surface to which the tape is applied must be clean, dry, free of grease, oil or other contaminants.

PRODUCT USE: It is essential that the user evaluate the BondTape product to determine whether it is fit for a particular purpose and user's method of application. Good results will be obtained when applied to a clean, dry surface with a suitable pressure on BondTape product between +10 ~ +40°C (+50 ~ +105 °F).   

LIMITED WARRANTY & LIMITED REMEDY: Your exclusive remedy & BondTape obligation shall be, at BondTape's option, to replace or repair the BondTape product or refund the purchase price of the BondTape product

Yes, we print your design on the package or paper core. In addition, our professional packaging team can do the design based on your needs. 4-color CMYK is provided.
 
Q3: How long does the goods take to deliver to customers?
It depends on the complexity of each products as well as the quantity. Production lead time for a full 20 feet container is around 15-25 days and for a full 40 feet container is around 25-30 days or for bulk-cargo just 5-10days after receipt of deposit. If the order is so urgently required, We can adjust the production time as per the real production schedule.

Q4: What's the MOQ?
The all quotation are based on full container quantity, We also can accept the bulk cargo, But because of non mass-production, The price will be higher a little, Final price are based on confirmed quantity. MOQ must more than 200ctns.

Q5: How can I get Sample?
-The sampls is free, But Sample transportation will be at buyer's account.we will repay that amount if Buyer place an order. Your own design would be most welcome and we'll be handled confidentially.
 
Q6: Do you guarantee your products?And how to control the quality?
