1.A patented airflow control system is used in the AERO freezer
2.Energy conservation
(1) The defrosting time of the evaporator is about 20 mins, which is nearly half of the others of the same type. The starup time of refrigerator during defrosting is shorter.
(2)The special designed blower can provide the most reasonable air volume and pressure with a minimum energy consumption,
(3)A small temperature difference design is applied to the evaporator of the spiral freezer, which can easily freeze products with high quality and save much more energy compared with freezer with the design of large temperature difference from other manufactor.
3.Conformation to sanitation design
(1) Thick stainless steel plares are used to make prefabricated platform modules through, thich with a big gradient can be very easy to clean and discharge water our of the reservoir.
(2) A high-effeciency stainless steel axial flow blower is installed in the independent air cabin to generate an uniform air distribution and save more energy and make it easier to examine and repair the blower moter.
