Taiwan Chain Metal Tube and Pipe Drawing Bench/High Speed Cold Drawing Machine(FR-76)
Cold drawing machine suitable for bronze, copper, stainless steel, iron, silver, aluminum tube and pipe.
In the normal condition of the machine, implement the tensile strength to the ferrous metal tube, it can also pull the steel, hexagonal and other shaped material, which is the professional equipment for drawing-based steel mills, steel plants, the standard factory and other machinery industries.
Cold drawing machine is reducing diameter and thickness of metal (aluminum, stainless steel, copper and iron) on tube, pipe, wire by drawing strength of the car and dies.
With internal diameter control, it can be optional for automatic feeding device, automatic cutting, automatic blanking, drawing quantity can be one to four per time.
It called Tethered plug drawing, also known as semi-floating mandrel drawing, is a mix between floating plug drawing and fixed plug drawing. The mandrel is allowed to float, but it still anchored via a tether. This process gives similar results to the floating plug process, except that it is designed for straight tubes. It gives a better inner surface finish than rod drawing.
