Product Description
Concentrator is the key equipment of low voltage electricity centralized meter reading system, it can realize data collecting and storing with kinds of smart electricity meters, collecting terminals that having carrier communication. Its downlink channel contains low voltage power line carrier and RS485 serial communication channel. Its uplink channel can contain GPRS, CDMA, Ethernet and so on.
It can exchange data with the master station or handheld devices. And it uses modularity design, so it can support the carrier module of all mainstream carrier manufacturers. This product can be used for centralized meter reading in all or different levels electric power companies, public undertakings, public buildings, residential quarters.
Features:
1. Data Collecting and Handling— It can monitor and collect real time electricity quantity, month end electricity quantity, day freezing electricity quantity, curve data of interval 1 hour from important user, working status of electricity meter and etc automatically
2. Storage Function— It can manages at least 1000 sets of single phase electricity meters, 200 sets of three phase multi function carrier electricity meters for each concentrate. 31 days 0: 00am freezing data, 12 months end 0: 00am freezing data and 10 important users 10 days 24 on time data.
3. Timing Function— It has time unit which can be timing by master station, the error for time unit is less than 0.5s per day, and it can handle broadcast time adjust for meters in the system.
4. Setting Function— It can set number of concentrates, communication parameters refers to master station, meter reading, master schedule ratio, line loss threshold value, router and meter number.
5. Remote Control Function— Support for remote control through master station.
6. Complement copy, warming, on-site reading, important user, line loss calculation per day, event log, safe working and remote upgrade.

Equipment: We have 260 sets of production and testing equipments, including 7 production lines, more than 20 units of the calibration device such as wave soldering machine, reflow soldering machine, automatic placement machine, plug-in assembly lines, assembly lines, packing lines and etc, which have all meet the production requirement.
Material: Materials are in strict accordance with the requirements of the meters and the procurement of national standards, we have already established a qualified supplier evaluation system, and developed a series of test standard. All the materials have to pass strict test before entering into factory, and then be used in production. Measures have been taken to prevent damp and static electricity to ensure the normal performance of the raw materials.
Craft: To make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the production process, we have developed process documents, to ensure the quality of the products.
Test: We have electronic meter laboratory and full range of test equipments, such as EMC Equipment (ESD, EFTB, SURGE, RF, Attenuation Oscillasion Impulse, DIP, Impulse Current, Pulsed Voltage and etc), Environmental Test Equipment (Alternating Temperature Humidity Test Chamber, Dust Test Devices, Waterproof Test Device, Shock Test Device, Vibration Test Device and etc), R&D Testing Equipment. We make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the test and develop our test documents to ensure the quality of the products.
Environment: Our production base covers an area of 30 acres, and self-building workshop covers an area of 7000 square meters, production and storage area covers more than 5000 square meters.
