Technical Requirements
1, Design requirements of telescopic platform
(1), Platform can bear seats and 450kg/ static load. Every meters long can bear 36kg weaving load.
(2), Guardrail must endure level force. Top part should bear 65kg/ load, and middle part should bear 135kg/ loadDescriptions of material
(1), Castor
The inner adopts double ball bearing called nylon layer which coverd with high toughness and wear-resisting polyrethane. Castor can load large force, and the floor board do not wear.
(2), Drive wheels
The drive wheels have several strengthened rubber struvtures and can be easy to overcome the defects of floor.
(3), Telescopic feet
The number of telescopic feet in each row can be designed by the size of site and requirment. Every telescopic foot have tow castors.
(4), Skeletion
The skeletion adopts combined structures. Every combined structure formed through ruffling with 2mm steel plate.
(5), Foot board
The foot board is ueded by 16mm high-pressure board with chemical fiber carpet on the surface
(6), Synchronous telescopic device
The synchronous telescopic device is made of synchronizing shaft, driving chain and side roll so that the system always move in a straight line when it expands and closes.
(7), Driving device
The driving device applies frequency control of motor speed, is controlled by computer and operated by remotecontrol unit. It can save more electricity and operate much stabler and more environmental than the traditional way.
