TFC— 411 Joint Sealant
[Product Introduction]
Yuhong® TFC— 411 joint sealant is a powder with brilliant colors using high quality concrete, plugging compounds, pigments and numerous other agents. This product and technology change the traditional concrete filling to a modern caulking and joint sealant application. After application of the product, constant brilliant color can be kept and flawless conjugation effect can be maintained if combined with ceramic tile veneer. Thus, the ornamental effect of ceramic tile can be greatly improved. Simultaneously, thanks to its specially modified waterproof formula, problems related to the ceramic tile veneer such as slurry osmosis, water seeping, and whitening can be solved completely. Also the bonding force between the ceramic tiles and the substrates and among the ceramic tiles can be increased dramatically, and the force posses tenacity and can absorb any stress caused by temperature changes. As a result, cracks can be avoided; Tack coat can be prevented from destroy; Water permeation on the surface of the ground and the wall can be prevented; At the same time the ornamental effect on the ceramic tile surface can be beautified.
[Technical Properties]The TFC-411 product abides by standard Q/SY YHF 013-2005 "Cement-based Joint Sealant". The material properties are shown on the following table.

[Typical Usage]The products can be applied in the joint treatment of all kinds of external internal wall, floor brick and the caulking treatment of all kinds of marble and granite after their tiling on the floor.
