Application
Construction aluminium profile, advertisement board, outdoor lamps, highway guardrail, road fence, outdoor metal furnitures, lamp pile, crust of air conditioner, agricultural equipment or can be used on the surface coating of other metal work that require good performance in the environment of high-intensity ultraviolet ray.
Physical property
Specific gravity: 1.4~1.8g/cm3 (varied with different color and gloss)
Particle size: Average 10~38um, proportion 10~84um > 90%, it can be adjusted if special requirement is put forward to us in advance.
Curing temperature
Standard type: 190° C/15 minutes.
Or 160° C/20 minutes, 200° C/10 minutes if customer require.

Outer packing: Paper cartons Dimension: 40*30*30cm
Inner packing: Polyethylene bags. Net weight: 25kg
Loading capacity: 17.5 tons/20FCL
Storage and shipment
For best performance, use within 6 months when stored below 25ºC
Stored in ventilated, dry and clean place
Keep it away from fire, heat and direct sunlight
Outdoor stacking is prohibited.

Wearing anti-dust mask and goggles to avoid inhalation of dust
Avoid long time contact with powder
Wash the skin with soap after contact.
