Technical Features
1. LD-A JetConvection flat glass tempering furnace adopts JetConvection heating technology.
2. Flexible Heating Temperature Control: More heating zones are arranged in convection unit and each heating zone is individually controlled.
3. Perfectly Arranged Convection System: Convection units are perfectly arranged along the heating section.
4. Intelligent Control System: With inside optimization algorithm, PID control technology, specially made heating control module and individually controlled hot air blowers, heating profiles and air pressure profiles can be achieved easily.
5. Forced convection makes heating very even, manageable and efficient. The temperature is set lower than it in radiation heating furnace, which can minimize white haze, hot spots, etc.
