23MD is a specialised proposal by ALUMIL for hinged frames with thermal insulation, harmonically combining aluminium with wood for luxurius constructions.
Specifications:Sash active width 110mm (20mm wood) on a frame of 88mm (20mm wood)
Supports glazing up to 32mm, or 130kg per sash
Weather sealing by use of EPDM gaskets
Special clips for the connection of aluminium and wood allow air circulation to avoid corrosion from water condensation
Polyamide at 20/24mm for increased thermal-insulation, UF= 1.6 W/m2k
High level of security with increased forced-entry resistance up to 30 minutes (certified WK3 class) using a 13mm PVC groove mechanism with "mushroom" locking bolts securing into chambered backsets.
