Product Description

Features:
1. The machine adopts advanced SCR heating technology and Fuji temperature control system from Japan. Compared with conventional heating methods, it saves 50%-60% enery, meanwhile it can ensures the accuracy of the temperature control error at +- 1ºC.
2. The heating cylinder is connected with oil tank through pipe, which can prevent the pil from outbraking of the fire. Besides, the oil purification device is able to drain the dirty oil, enhance oil purity and make temperature more well- distributed.
3. Cylinder wall thickness is 15mm with twotier structure, the special oil flow system ensures temperature is 30% more well- distributed than similar products, more durable and longer life.
4. The automatic blankets correction function can protect the blankets from being damaged.

Using method
1.Turn on the heat press machine at 120-140degrees;
2.Put the fabric or shirt on the plate and stickers on the desired position of fabric;
3.Make the heat press work in 6-8 seconds, and peel off the film in hot/cold.

1.Machine parts suppliers have been strictly examined and verified.
2.Every part on our machine should be tested thousand times
3.Before the machine ship to our customers, our QC must check the machine more than 3 times
4.We create a file for each machine for certain time and we will get feedback from clients
Delivery:

1.15 months warranty (Ink-Supply System not included), each machine has 15 months warranty which means we will change any parts(Except ink-supply system parts like print head) for free within 15 months, and after 15 months we sell parts to clients with favorable price.
2.We could dispatch engineer to your country to install the machine and help you with training the operator as well as teach you a lot of skills about machine maintenance.
