Thermochromic microcapsule powder consist of compound formulation, containing moisture ≤3%, when the temperature is raised to a specified temperature, it goes from colored to colorless, the product returns to the original color as the temperature cools down. With good solvent resistance and dispersal, it is suitable for ink, paint and plastic injection/extrusion. |

| Thermal stability | The processing temperature should be controlled under 200 centigrade, it resist to high temperature of 230 centigrade in a short period time ( about 10 minutes ) ,the maximum temperature is under 230 centigrade, and minimize the materials' heating time as much as possible. (High temperature and long time heating will damage the pigment color performance). Color pigments should avoid processing over temperature 75 centigrade. |
| Light fastness | Thermochromic pigments' lightfastness is not strong, it will fading easily while exposure under strong light. Therefore it just suitable for indoor use. Should avoid strong irradiation from sunlight and ultraviolet light, it will do good to prolong the working life. |
