Flow Chart> Cleaning sectionWashing dry cassava from impurities such as dust and other impurities to get clean dry cassava.> Milling and grinding sectionGrinding clean cassava root into cassava slurry to make it easy dewatering and drying. > Fermentation SectionThe purpose of the Fermentation Section is to remove the poisonous substance in the fresh cassava.> De-hydrating section Sending the fine slurry to dewatering machine to remove the moisture inside the slurry, and then send it to the air dryer. > Drying sectionDrying the dewatered cassava flour in the air dryer to get dry product. > Product packing sectionAfter drying, the cassava flour will be sieving by a product sieve and then packed by automatic packer.
