Cableon for Wire&Cable
This series are designed specifically for jacketing, insulation, plugs and optical fiber applications. These conpunds are devided into two major groups; Low halogen, low smoke and zero halogen low smoke. These grades meet flame retardation classes from HB, V-1, V-0 of UL94standard. They can be injection or extrusion molded.
Cableon 7001 series-completely zero halogen, low smoke TPE compounds. These grades feature extremely good low temperature flexibility, high flme retardation class (up to V-0) and good processibility. They are RoHS compliant. Temperature rating 105. Good oil resistance.
Cableon 6000 series-completely zero halogen, low smoke TPE compounds. These grades feature extremely good low temperatire flexibility, high flme retardation class (up to V-0) and good processibility. They are RoHS compliant. Temperature rating 105, flame retardation class HB. Good oil resistance.
Cableon 2200, 2800, 3800 series-low halogen content, V-1 and V-0 capable, temperature rating 105. Excellent low temperature flexibility (brittle point -60). Good to high oil resistance.
Cableon 1000 series-low halogen content, V-1 and V-0 capable, temperature rating 105. Excellent low temperature flexibility (brittle point -50). Good to high oil resistance.
