1. Fire Rating: Warnock Hersey 3 hour approval and FM 3 hour approval for hollow metal doors & frames. Warnock Hersey 90 minute approval for flush wood doors.

Door construction: 1 3/4" thick, reversible and seamless door edge.
16GA(1.5mm)\18GA(1.1mm)\20GA(0.9mm) cold rolled steel or galvanized steel.
Hinge Rein: 10GA(3.5mm) thick, 4 1/2" template universal
Closer Rein.: 12GA(2.5mm) thick
Lock Rein. And Strike plate Rein: 16GA(1.5mm) thick
161 prep: 2 1/8" bore, 2 3/4" back set
86 prep: 8" edge mortise
Core: Honeycomb core, polystyrene core or mineral fire proof board.
Prime painted with lead free epoxy resin.
The top, bottom and side closures are fabricated by 16GA(1.5mm) stiffeners welded to front and back door skins.
