Description:
Paper honeycomb core is made from layers of recycled paper, bonded together by parallel and uniformly spaced lines of adhesive. When it is expanded for use, it forms a honeycomb configuration with hexagonal cells, creating a light but inredibly strong and rigid material, that has excellent properties, particularly shear modulus.
It is easy to use, the paper honeycomb is produced to fine toelerance, which guarantees consistent thickness, it provides a smooth surface with all facing materials, and can be used in hot or cold pressing. It is also easy to store, one pallet's quantity can be used for nearly 1000pcs of panels or doors.
