1\ Hanging Conveying Chain:
Adopt the international most advanced cross shaped track & chain, run steadily, no climbing or chain storage.
Four drivers run simultaneously, speed always keeps extremely same.
Swirl type of primary hanging tools, can accomplish two sides coating in a single powder booth.

2\ Pretreatment System: Waterfall Type()
A\, 316L, Long service life. Using 316L SS as the material of cascade basin, strong corrosion resistance, no need for regular maintenance.
Waterfall generated from water basins showers profiles uniformly and completely, which ensures the perfect surface treatment of profiles.
Low energy consumption. (The water pressure for cascade basin to wash work pieces is low. )
Low chemical agents consumption. (Liquid flows along surface frequently with low pressure, producing little leakage, as well as little outside solution between the nearby two tanks. )

3\Powder Coating Booth and Recovery System:
The design of rolling curtain makes the booth clean the powder faster and more convenient.
Strong whirly and filter secondary powder reclaim system makes the reclaim more efficient.
The lifter track and weight balance track are guided by electric elevator. Roller made of nylon66 rolls and produces friction on the elevator guiding rail, keeps the running steady, low noise, and prolongs the service life of moving parts.

4\ Curing Oven an Drying Oven:
Square shaped oven ensures good heat preservation and low power consumption.
Indirect heating ensures the quality of coating film.
The mixed wind that produced by blowing air at bottom and absorbing air at top makes the oven temperature even.
Circulating fan uses several axial flow fans, which are equipped on the top of the oven, ensures low electric consumption and makes it more convenient to maintain. Even one of the fans can't work, it won't affect the proper running of the curing oven temporarily.
