Product Description
Operation:
Connection in brief and convenient: Laying the floating oil suction mouth on the water surface. Water outlet connects with the water pool, then connect the mouth of discharging oil with waste oil tank (height<20m).
Power: 380V three phases four wires is ok
Continuous operation: Starting equipment then floating oil collector can be operated ceaseless.
Discharge oil automatically: Oil water interface control device supervises the oil quantity in the collector, it could open the discharging oil valve automatically when needing.
Convenient technology: It can realize discharging oil at 20m height without install the oil pump, which makes the installation of oil tank at random.
Ideal effect: It doesn't include the water (not emulsify water) in the discharging oil, so that can be recovered directly.

Scope of application |
If the surface area of floating oil is too extensive or many grease traps use one equipment, it could be provided 3-4 pieces floated oil suctions to realize every suction absorb oil intermittently by controlling the time. This equipment applies to floating oil collection in the waste water treatment tank of oil field and in the surface of oil separation tank in refinery. |
