3D Wall Panels Installation Method Instructions
Prepare all tools and secondary materials:
1. Wallpaper Knife
2. Tape Measure
3. Level Ruler
4. Fill Paste
5. Steel Ruler
6. Sandpaper
7. Paint
8. Latex or Contact-Cement Glue
9. Clean Brush
10. Paint Brush
11. Pencel
The first step
Cleaning surface of the wall, then measure the construction size and choose the centerline, then draw line along the centerline(1mm wider than the products, for example the wall panel size is 501*501mm)
The second step
Brush the glue on the wall along with the line, and brush the glue on the edge of the panel, and brush the glue in the middle of the panel. It make sure stick the panel tightly. In addition measure the right size of the panel, then draw the line at the back of the panel, finally use the wallpaper knife cut the panel iterative untillthe panel separated.
The third step
Stick the panel along the center by the left and bottom line then press tightly, then paint the first primer on the surface of the panel, after the primer become dry, and paint the second primer again, so that it make sure the surface of the panel smooth.
The fourth step
Fill any gaps with paintable caulking then use sandpaper polish the surface of the wall panel.
The fifth step
Use clean brush clean the surface of the panel.
The sixth step
You can paint any color as you like, after finish the paint, it looks very nice then.
