XJFQ-1800 wall rendering machines is the latest generation practical wall rendering machine invented by our factory. It changes the appearance and operating means of the existing plastering machine.
 
1.The new design makes it is possible to operate the wall plastering just by one person.
 
2.The design of welding connecting two vertical rod makes the error of the wall plastering machine to a minimum scale. Vertical rod with remote control inclinometer can be easily rectified the vertical angle of the pipe thus to achieve zero error on the verticality aspect of the cement rendering machine.
 
3.In addition to reduce the width of wall plastering machine for wall to 700mm, the wall plastering machine can easily pass to the door. Heightening ash blocking plate makes the cement rendering machine contain more cement and sand.
 
4.Gear design to make the rising and falling of the pipe Synchronously. It changes the previous wire rope design and makes the machine more stable and accurately.
 
wall plastering machine of operating method:
 
1.First, put the ruler against the wall, and then pushed to the wall plastering machine to the rendering place. Adjusting the machine and the wall to the right distance, connecting the power to keep the machines in the open state.
 
2, Screwing hydraulic pedal and use the right foot to depress it, make the vertical rod  to the position of 1-2cm to the roof, remote open the angle pusher device, and to see the screen of inclinometer, in the range of 89.90-90.00 degrees, tramping hydraulic and then remote control to recover the push rod device.
 
3, Raised two trip levers to keep the machines in plastering state, adding proper amount of mortar, press the green start button, the machine running up and down and then the rendering action is finished.
 
4, Gently loosen hydraulic, move the green button (click to immediately release) pole run down (loosing the pipe is ok and please confirm that the vertical rod can not affect the operation), Horizontally moving the wall plastering machine and repeating the above operation of screw hydraulic.
