TW305 Hi-Build Elasti Matt
Coatings Description:
A tough acrylic membrane and texture finish with outstanding long term durability and dirt shedding properties.
Coatings Suitable Surfaces:
Exterior surfaces including concrete, brick, cement mortar, cement sheet.
Coatings Advantages:
1. Superior elasticity that can cover up fine cracks.
2. Strong stain resistance.
3. Excellent aging resistance. The surface is fine and fresh lasting for years.
4. Excellent mould proof property.
5. Excellent covering power with strong adhesive attraction against bulking, peeling.
Coatings Technical Specification:
*Color: Available in a wide range of colors
*Gloss level: Flat
*Coverage: Up to 8 m² /L at the first time, then up to 2.5 m² /L at the second time, depending on the surface texture, porosity and the method of application.
*Weathering: Excellent
*Temperature: Avoid application when surface temperature is below 10º C or above 35º C and particularly in dry, windy or wet conditions.
*Thinning: Thinning is not recommended.
