TB series water-based ink for heat heat tranfer
1, Properties:
Screen printable ink, Eco-friendly, Low odor, Transfer are soft handle and high elastic, Wash resistance up to 60 degeree, Superior wet/dry rub resistance.
2, Applications:
Suitable for most common, polyester, nylon, spandex and blend fabric, such as T-shirts, sportswear, underwear, etc. Typically used for tagless label and litho back-up transfer printing.
3, Operating instructions:
60-300 mesh count/inch. Forced dry at 80 in 30-60 minutes. The temperature and time for drying can be adjusted according to workshop and ink thickness, subject to the actual drying result.
4, Colors range:
White, Clear, black, 10 Base colors, 7 Fluorescent colors, Metallics, refer to color guide.
,Use methods:
1.This product is generally used by 100-250 mesh/mes. According to different pattern, you can use different mesh.
2.Printing 1-2 times on the transfer PET.
3. Covering 1-2 times with hot melt adhesive(transfer adhesive) or powdering with hotmelt powder
4. After drying, press 10-15 seconds with 150-160° and with 3-5bar pressure.

1.dry enough ink then pringting cover with transfer adhesive
2. Storage period: At indoor temperature, they can be stored for more than one year, and the storage should keep cool, dry and ventilated.
3. After usage, the inside bag should be fastened in case of exposing to the air, causing crust.
