1. Introduction and Achieved Certificate

2. Technical Parameter:
2.1 curing temperature and time: 10min @380° C or 5min @400° C
2.2 paint thickness: 8-10um prime, 12-17um finished paint, total film thickness of 25um
2.3 Hardness: H-3H
2.4 viscosity(Lwata No. 2 cup, 25° C): Prime≥ 30 seconds, finished coating≥ 15 seconds.
2.5 adhesive force: Heat in boiled water for 15min, then use griding methods and cross
Ten times, check that the film does not peel off.
2.6 salted water resistance: Pour 5% salted water in the non-stick pan, then heat until boiling and last for 8hrs. Do it three times every 16hrs, no bubble appears.
