PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Flame Retardant Coating can handle all kinds of natural wood, plywood, fiberboard, particleboard, wood panels, textile, paper and their products. It is a fire retardant coating product quality to meet international standards of inorganic fire safety products. It has good performance for fire retarding and plasticity. Besides self-extinguishing character, it can improve other performances of product, such as water proof, antistatic performance, soft feeling.

COVERAGE RATE

APPLICATION RANGE & CONSTRUCTION METHODS

A.      Fire retardant treatment for wood and their wood products:  
Spray, brush, or immersion
Natural drying or heating;

B.      Fire retardant coating for cotton, linen, wool, cloth, polyamide, polyester, carpet: immersion :

Natural dry;
Fire retardant treatment for Particle board, saw foam board, etc.:
Mixing the fire retardant agent into raw materials with fully stir and compression during the producing, after drying the fire resistance effect could be reached. (The paint could be reusable)

C.      Fire retardant treatment for paper and their products:
Spray the fire retardant coating 2-3 times on the paper surface, the fire resistance effect could be reached.

Fire retardant treatment for rattan product & king container: spraying this product 1-2 times, the retardant effect could be achieved. The property of this product is stable, heating range is wide; users can make decisions according to the drying time, and drying temperature is 60-100ºC.

STORAGE
Store it in a cool, dry and well-ventilate place. And it can be stored 1 year in a cool and dry place with temperature of 0-40°C and beyond the reach range of children;

PREPARATION
1. Make sure all surfaces must be clean, dry and free from wax, grease, oil etc.

2. Stir well before use.

3. Make sure the coat becomes dry completely before package.

TOOL CLEANING
Clean tools with clean water after immediate utilization.

CAUTIONS
1. The product should be tightened and stored in a cool and dry place with temperature of 0-40°C and beyond the reach range of children;

2. Work under the environment with well-ventilated condition;

3. Goggles, gloves and special painting clothes, etc. should be used by constructors for protection in accordance with local working codes;

4. Once the paint splashes into eyes, please immediately clean them and go to the hospital for further advices;
