Preheating System--Patented Heating Plate
Three ( 3 ) independent bottom heating modules (overall length: 1.8m), each consists of patented heating plate and patented motorized blower.
Preheating zone with forced hot air convection ensures the best flux activation temperature and ctivation time. Distortion-free Conveyor System
Smooth chain type entrance guides.
Enhanced titanium finger conveyor is of high elasticity and is distortion-free. The conveyor system is steady and safe with adjustable speed ( 100-2000mm/min). Onveyor width adjustment is PC controlled.
Automated finger cleaner ensures long finger life.
Spray Fluxer
Stepper motor driven spray fluxer.
Specially designed air knife can prevent the flux from entering the preheating zone causing fire and can remove excessive flux.
Flux and the air flow can be adjusted via the flux control panel.
Lead-free Solder Pot
Lead-free dual wave solder pot, temperature difference between the two waves (chip wave and laminar wave) is less than 30.
Wave height is controlled by PC and wave inverter control panel.
Minimized solder oxidation, automated solder dross collection.

Additional Features
>Integrated UPS will be automatically activated in case of main power failure and will keep control PC and conveyor running for minimum 12 minutes to send out PCBs inside wave solder tunnel.
