Product Description

1. Application
Apply on road, factory, workshop of mark line and warning line, and also appl on marking and protetion for concrete structure and steel structure of chimney and pole.
2. Character
2.1 Excellent weather resistance.
2.2 Excellent ear resistance, wate proofing.
2.3 Dry fast, solid at temperature.
3. Construction
3.1 Stir evenly
3.2 Surface treatment: Metal surface should meet the derusting standard of grade Sa21/2. After derusting, do some necessary treatment of metal surface. Coating within 4 hours. The content of water should be lower or equal to 8% before coating when painting cement surface or asphalt road surface.
3.3 Avoid operating in hot sunshine and hot summer in the open field. Operating in rainy, snowy and foggy day is not allowed.
3.4 Coating thickness: Film thickness of each spraying is 50μm; Film thickness of each manual coating is 45μm.
3.5 Theoretical consumption: The usual consumption is 0.20 kg/m2 if not considering the influence of coating environment, approach, technique, surface status, structure, shape and superficial area.
3.6 Diluents consumption: Usually, diluent are not necessary. If it's ropy, add 3-10% accordingly.

4. Packing and storage
4.1 Packing: Coating is packed in sealed iron barrel. Net weight: 20kg per barrel; Diluents: 15kg per barrel.
4.2 Storage and shipment: Keep in a ventilated place and away from fire.
4.3 Expiry date: Valid for one year
5. Sanitation and safety
5.1 Operating place should be ventilated. No contact to the paint, if contacted, wash with large quantity of water and then wash together with moderate soap or detergent water and call the physician.
5.2 No spark, no fire, no smoking in the operating place.
