DESCRIPTION: 

A fine light tan colored powder obtained by drying freshly prepared wet gluten separated from high quality wheat   flour.

USE: 

The high protein and excellent vitality of Ante's gluten makes it the protein of choice in all bakery applications. It is also used to boost protein levels in breakfast cereals and noodles, and is widely used as a useful nutrient and binder in feeds for aquaculture.
