The gear is adopting high strength low carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching craft, the gear hardness reach HRC58-62.
High efficiency transmission capacity: single-stage is above 96.5%, double-stage is above 93%, three-stage is above 90%.

Application scope
1. the speed for high-speed shaft is less than 1500rpm.
2.The peripheral speed of gear transmission is less than 20m/s.
3. Working environment temperature is -40~45 ºC, if less than 0ºC, the lubrication oil should be preheated before operation, the gearbox can be rotated positive and inversion.
