[Properties] The exocarp of sorghum seeds are used as the raw material and processed with physical method into reddish brown colored liquid or reddish brown colored powder. It easily dissolved in water, with good light fastness and heat fastness. It has high coloring performance for protein. The product is proved without toxic substance by toxicity test.
[Application] According to China Application Hygiene Standards, the product can be used to color meat products, jelly, cookies, candies and ice cream and so on.
[Package] Liquid product is stored in plastic barrels food grade)in 5kg, 10kg and 25kg. Powder product is packed in plastic bags(food grade)in 1kg and 5kg with carton outside, or can packed according to the requirements of customers.
[Storage] Keep the product in a dry place, avoid light and keep airtight.
