SPU-301 One Component Polyurethane Waterproof coating:
[Product]: Yuhong SPU-301 One Component Polyurethane Waterproof coating is a kind of coating made by polymerization of isocyanate and polyether polyols, with addition of a variety of aids and fillers. It is applied on substrates to form a firm, soft, seamless sealing film by chemical reaction through-NCO end group contacted with moisture in air.
[Specification and Type ]: "There are two types I and II differentiated by the difference of tensile properties and use parts.
The Main Difference Between Type I and Type II:
-Type I: Its elongation at break is higher, but viscosity is lower. It is self leveling to fit to horizontal substrates.
-Type II: Its tensile strength and viscosity are higher. It fits to vertical end joints, details and edge sealing, but doesn't sag.
Physical mechanical properties:
Its physical mechanical property abides by Chinese Standard GB/T12950-2003(see the following table).

· It has one component which is easy to apply. The different types fits different applications.
· It hasstrong adhesion, high strength and elongation, good elasticity, good high temperature and low temperature resistance, which make it fit to shrinkage and crack of substrates.
· It has no benzene or coal tar, so it makes no pollution to environment.
[Where to apply]: It could be widely used in all kinds of moisture-resist and waterproof projects, such as underground project, swimming pools, bathroom, balcony, parking lot and kitchen, as well as for non-exposed roof.
[Application]: Application Process: Application preparation? Substrate treatment and clean? Additional waterproofing for details? Application for roof? Sealing of end joints and edge? Application of protection or separation layers.
· Substrate treatment: The substrate should be smooth, solid, clean, dry without sharp concave and convex, honeycomb, pocking marks, peeling free of bulge, greasy, apply sealant to concave around pipe root and do additional waterproofing layer in cracks.
· Additional waterproofing layer: For details, such as concave and convex corners, pipe root, apply additional waterproofing layer, using type II to cracks, coat for 2? 4 times(the thickness is about 1mm).
· Apply waterproofing layer to roof deck: Can coat for 2-3 times with scraper, but one coat is allowed too. When the first coat isn't sticky, can apply the second coat, the second coat should be vertical with the first coat. The batter coating rate is 2.0kg/m² For thickness of 1.5mm.
· The end joints and edges: Add type II to seal them.
· Protection and separation layer: Apply protection layer after the waterproof membrane according to the design requirement.
[Attention]: · The application place should have good vertical in condition and fire-fighting equipment, the application people should wear safety hat and gloves, prohibit smoking and upon fire there.
· The coating should be used out in 4 hours after pail opened.
