Function:
1: Completed inspection procedure, including inspection of height of holding frame, screw inspection, rivet inspection and ball inspection, which can meet the production requirements of zero defaults.
2: Revolving movement organ, shorten the waiting time.
3: Rotating internal ring ball organization, vibration internal ring, double way ball separation in-phase organ, reduce steel ball and channel scoring.
4: Ball separation project achieves multi-working procedure, reduces secondly damage together with accessory cost.
5: Flexible holding frame contraposition organ, avoid pressing then damaging the holding frame.
6: Inspection of height of each rivet after riveting, highly ensured axletree quality.
7: Failure sort alarm, touch screen directly giving the remind, which are easy to use.
8: Controlling system: Electrical OMRON, pneumatic SMC.
