Rigid PVC pipe production line of turn key project
1. Some applications of PVC rigid pipes:
PVC rigid pipe machine lines can manufacture rigid PVC pipes/tubes, of different diameter and thickness PVC pipes.
They are applied to agricultural water supply and drainage, overhead or underground wire and cable conduit, etc
Due to the special characteristics of the PVC plastic pipes, they are also widely used in the fields of crude oil transportation, pipe lines of chemical industry which require high temperature abd corrosion resistance, hot and lukewarm water supply and drainage system, directly buried pipe of high and extra high Voltage electricity, protection sleeves of wires and cables
2. Equipment list of PVC rigid pipe extrusion line:
1). Conical twin screw extruder ( WRSJ-51/105, WRSJ-65/132, WRSJ-80/156, WRSJ-92/188, etc)
2). Die and Molds ( including also mouth mold, core bar, sizing sleeves, etc), 1 set
3). Vacuum calibration cooling device, 1 set
4). Tractor, 1 set
5). Automatic length-metering cutter, 1 set

4. After-sale service and technology:
(1)the supplier provide service manual and maintenance instruction of main electric appliance, limb, usage manual of equipment. We also supply water, electricity, gas of equipment and installation drawing.
(2)the supplier is responsible for installation, debugging and training, but the air tickets, insurance,
Eating, housing and every day 50 USD for each engineer will be borned by the buyers. We will realize guarantee of repair; Replacement and refund of substandard products within one year after the machine leaves factory. And half a year for electric parts. Fittings of the machine will be supplied at preferential price after one year.
